Service Description

In the Kitchen: Wipe down outside of cupboard doors, stove top, counter tops and backsplash area Clean inside and outside of Oven Clean inside and outside of Refrigerator (top also if accessible) Wipe down front of the dishwasher and other countertop appliances In the Bedrooms: Dust all surfaces Clean glass picture frames and mirrors Dust/polish furniture Clear window sills of all bugs In the Living areas: Dust all surfaces Clean glass picture frames and mirrors Dust/polish furniture, window sills Vacuum/clean furniture Bathrooms: Sanitize shower enclosures, tubs and tiles Clean out sink(s) Clean mirrors, toilets and polish fixtures Shelves with heavy nicknacks will be touched upon request only Walls may be spotted upon request/permission Baseboards will be dusted and detailed Clear cob webs Dust blinds As needed: Wash/wipe all walls Dust/wipe down all fans Wipe down doors, door handles, and edges of doors (tops if accessible) Peel off any construction tap/Painters tape from all surfaces Make sure all lights are in working order Clean insides & outsides of any cabinets in all rooms Clean insides & outsides of all drawers in all rooms Wipe down all appliances/unwrap any new appliances Wash all windows as directed Clear all vents ***All Prices are subject to change and are dependent upon time spent at each home.
