Your business is unique and deserves a special touch. Since no two are the same we start with a standard set of services and once we have the opportunity to meet and do a walk through of your business with you we can discuss any changes necessary to meet your needs. Standard Procedure Lobby/common area: Remove all trash and replace bags Dust/polish all surfaces Dust/polish furniture (vacuum if applicable) Dust/polish display shelving Wash windows Clear window sills of bugs Bathrooms: Dust/polish counters Clean/sanitize sinks and toilets Refill toilet paper and paper towel Refill soaps Sanitize door handles Clean mirrors and polish fixtures Kitchen (if applicable): Wipe down outside of cupboard doors, stove top, counter tops and backsplash area Clean outside of oven Sanitize fridge handles, clean outside of fridge and the edge of the inside of the doors (top also if accessible) Wipe down front of the dishwasher and other countertop appliances All floors will be vacuumed and all tile/wood/laminate floors will be polish/mopped ***All Prices are subject to change and are dependent upon time spent at each business. Prices will NOT exceed requested quote without OWNERS PERMISSION. Prices are also based upon billing hours and can be subject to change.***
